Dr Eoin Lettice is a Lecturer in plant science and Principal Investigator at the School of Biological, Earth and Environmental Science (BEES) and the Sustainability Institute at University College Cork. Eoin's research broadly falls under the umbrella of sustainable horticulture and food production.
